Off street patient parking is located conveniently behind the building, with access to the lot on NE Russell Street.

Entrance

The main entrance is located on NE Russell Street under the black awning. The front door is marked "333"

Accessibility

Our clinic is on the 2nd floor. Unfortunately, there is no elevator. 

Patients will need to be able to navigate a single flight of stairs to get to our office.
